Hi, I’m Perla, a Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Tailor Made Health Services. I created this practice with one mission in mind: to make healthcare more accessible, more personal, and more compassionate for the people who need it most.

After working in healthcare for over a decade—and in nearly every type of clinical setting—I saw firsthand how many people struggle to get quality care. Long wait times, rushed appointments, high costs, and confusing insurance requirements often leave patients feeling overlooked. I wanted to change that.
Tailor Made Health Services was built to offer something different: affordable, convenient healthcare that truly puts patients first.
My Story & Experience
I’ve been a Registered Nurse since 2011 and a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2017. Over the years, I’ve cared for patients in a wide variety of settings, including:

In family practice, I discovered how meaningful it is to build long-term relationships with patients—to be someone they trust and feel comfortable reaching out to. That sense of connection and continuity is what inspired me to create my own practice.
Why I Started Tailor Made Health Services
For years, I watched people delay care they needed because:

I knew there had to be a better way.
