Hi, I’m Perla, a Family Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Tailor Made Health Services. Healthcare should feel personal, accessible and unhurried.
After working in healthcare for over a decade—and in nearly every type of clinical setting—I saw firsthand how many people struggle to get quality care. Long wait times, rushed appointments, high costs, and confusing insurance requirements often leave patients feeling overlooked.
I wanted to change that. Tailor-Made Health Services was created to provide convenient, high quality medical care designed around your life-not the other way around.
My Story & Experience
I’ve been a Registered Nurse since 2011 and a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2017. My background includes experience in medical-surgical care, hematology/oncology, cardiac care, ICU, pediatrics and family practice.

This diverse experience allows me to care for patients with both routine and complex medical needs-always with compassion, attention to detail, and clinical excellence.
