Tailor-Made Health Services is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill commercial insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid. This allows us to provide longer visits and transparent pricing without insurance restrictions.
Due to federal regulations, services covered under Medicare or Medicaid cannot be provided on a cash-pay basis.
However, patients with Medicare or Medicaid can be seen for services not covered by their plan such as weight management programs, IV infusions or wellness injections.
All services are scheduled visits. We do not operate as a full-time primary care clinic or offer ongoing membership coverage. Care is provided during scheduled episodic appointments only. We provide convenient, appointment-based medical visits for acute concerns, wellness consultations and one time medical needs. This clinic is designed for patients who may not have insurance, prefer transparent cash pricing or simply need a quick medical visit without establishing ongoing primary care. For example, if a patient is pending insurance coverage and is in between jobs. Services may include: acute illness visits, medication refills when appropriate, one time lab testing or wellness labs, weight management and wellness injections.
